1. Acceptance
By using TempMails, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
2. Service description
TempMails provides short-lived, receive-only email inboxes. Guests receive a random 10-minute inbox; verified Google members can use reserved custom addresses and timers up to 60 minutes. Inbox availability, delivery, retention, domain acceptance, and message accuracy are not guaranteed. The service is unsuitable for permanent or high-value accounts.
3. Member accounts and custom addresses
You are responsible for activity performed through your Google member session. A custom TempMails address is reserved to the first member who successfully claims the full address. A reservation does not create ownership of the underlying domain, a permanent mailbox, a trademark right, or a guarantee of continuous availability. TempMails may release or remove a reservation when required for abuse prevention, legal compliance, or account deletion.
4. Responsible use
You may use the service for lawful privacy protection, low-risk verification, and software testing. You must not use it for fraud, spam, malware distribution, credential theft, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized access, evasion of security safeguards, or any illegal activity.
5. Your security responsibilities
Keep the mailbox session token private and use a trusted device. Do not receive confidential, regulated, financial, medical, legal, or identity information. Do not use a temporary address as the recovery address for an account you intend to keep.
6. Third-party messages
TempMails does not control the content or delivery practices of message senders. You are responsible for evaluating links, attachments, claims, and instructions contained in received email.
7. Availability and enforcement
The service may reject messages, rate-limit requests, disable domains, remove content, release custom-address reservations, suspend member access, or block access when necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or abuse prevention.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TempMails is not responsible for missed messages, lost access, third-party blocking, harmful content, or losses caused by relying on a temporary inbox.
